Hey
Every time I login with what ever username (including root), I am not prompted for a password. I just get logged in and goto the appropriate shell etc. This behaviour is exhibited by su also.
Any ideas? |

Have you ever defined the password for them?
The non-password accounts are described with the following lines in /etc/passwd file:
Code: |
username::1000:100::/home/username:/bin/bash
^ here is double colon against usual ':x:'
