Hi,

I'm using iptables to divide incoming traffic into multiple chains, each of which give me the bytes transferred over this chain. However, this normally is only the incoming traffic. Once the application at the desired port responds, this traffic goes out the backdoor as its traffic for an existing connection.

Is there a way to reroute traffic through a chain so it shows the incoming as well as outgoing traffic? (I'll probably need 2 chains for in and out but that won't be a problem).
