I was wondering why there is no ebuild for the creative open source drivers, I have sound blaster live and I found these drivers much much better than alsa and even easier to install.
maybe the ebuild is in the portage tree and I did'nt find it

I recommend these drivers |

i agree... the creative opensource drivers are far superior to alsa's drivers. i tried these when i couldn't get alsa 9 to work and i will keep these forever they rock... no static... just perfect sound! |
