Hello, during the installation of Gentoo there aren't any problems, but then, when try to start Gentoo, I have this error:
checking root filesystem ... /sbin/rc line 29, /sbin/fsck: Permission denied
* Filesystem couldn't be fixed
/sbin/rc /bin/mount permission denied
> some local filesystem failed to mount....
INIT: Cannot execute /sbin/rc ... and a large etc of INIT errors.
I try to solve this, but I don't find the error. While I'm mounting the root filesystem (with reiserfs) in the livecd, I read this message:
reiserfs: warning: CONFIG_REISERFS_CHECK is set on
reiserfs: warning: - it is slow mode for debbugging
If all of this aren't a problem, then I try to start window$ to read manuals and forums and a blue screen appears while booting this S.O.
What can I do?
P.D=Excuse me for my worse English, i'm not used to write it and less this kind of messages. |

I think you made some mistakes in /etc/fstab, post , your intended partition table and your /etc/fstab. |
