er l'ennesima volta stò provando a installare.
sono partito da uno stage 2,ho utilizzato il filesystem ext3,prima ho dato emerge system regolare e poi ho provato con la versione 3.3.3 ;appena dò emerge system il pacchetto gawk si ferma dicendo di non poter compilre pacchetti eseguibili,quindi ho provato a emergere solo GCC nella versione suddetta e uqesto è il risultato.
In un precedente topic avevo provato a seguire una soluzione suggerita dal caro fedeliallaliea, ma non avendo capito bene come eseguire il risultato non mi aveva portato oltre la fine della compialzione della prima serie di pacchetti(dopo Portage praticamente si riaggiorna e continua con BINutils...) fermandosi inesorabilmente.
tengo a precisare che il mio HD non è affetto da problemi visto che instaurallato, solo per mera curiosità di tutto,da Slack, a Debian e al brutto XP
in Fat32 fs.
Vi prego ,mi "dovete aiutare" non ci dormo più con questo problema mi sogno a memoria tutte le fasi dell'installazione con la stessa fine:

Perchè mi dice ciò se ilmio etc/make.conf è settato con -03 -march=athlon
-pipe -fomit e qualcosaltro??

Hai provato con CFLAGS assolutamente generiche tipo: "-march=i686 -O2" ?
puoi darci anche un cat /proc/cpuinfo ?

Di solito "Illegal Instruction" significa che hai sbagliato arch nel make.conf. controlla che hai messo quella giusta (o metti quella immediatamente inferiore alla tua)
