Ok, i'll go with a France v Germany final and a 3 -1 Germany win. Sticking my neck out a bit but no fun if you don't. England will probably go out in the quarters judging from recent performances. We may have a chance of winning the most annoying song competiion though http://www.weebls-stuff.com/toons/35/ |

France v. Germany. France leads 3:1 with 5 minutes remaining. Germany get 2 back courtesy of Ballack and Schneider. Kuranyi bags the Silver Goal and German are the European Champions _________________ Three minutes of thought would suffice to find this out. But then, thought is irksome, and three minutes is a rather long time.

I think your referring to Superbowls 27 and 28 (xvii and xviii), both games were a no contest...I believe dallas scored 60 points in the first and won by 40+ points (my memory is fading me). The second superbowl between the two was closer and Dallas won 30-13... |

I dunno I was just pulling numbers out of the air. Really, are there any Europeans big enough to play American style football? _________________ Inspiron 4100 & Sun UltraAXe

No they just depend on Zidane. If he's playing well nobody can stop 'em!
Here is a comparison of all matches Germany vs France:

Isn't real football a rugby like scrum played cross country betweeen neighbouring church spires? Kind of like real tennis is to lawn tennis.
You seem to be talking about some game derived from Rugby football, with added ad breaks and game interruptions, so that people watching get thirsty and buy more corporate owned snacks and sodas. Also with far more subs and armour as the players can't hack the pain
If my views didn't give my location away, my spelling of armour does. |

In the rest of the world football is a sport where you use your feet. In the US football is a sport where you use your hands. Not to hard to figure out which one is the "real" football.
The real name for american football should be "Rugby modified by wimps who thought it hurt too much to play without padding and nowadays only played for the statistics".
Back to subject: I think Germany is going to play France in the final. Germany will win by the odd goal. |

Nice win for Greece I can't believe Portugal left the worlds best player on the bench and then waited until half time before bringing him on ... and then they stick him on the wrong side of the pitch!! Figo was useless and I just hope we aren't that bad tomorrow or we'll be in for a right kicking. |

I'm Scottish and want to see England do well...I don't give a flying, erm, poke at a rolling doughnut for anti-English sentiment. I'll go for one of England, France or Portugal (I think they'll recover from their shock vs. Greece). _________________ Docs, Tips & Tricks at the Gentoo Wiki page. |
