winex 3.2-1 and midi(timidity, guitarpro4)

[Lockup]

I've recently gotten timidity++ working properly (well, it can play .mid's, so that's a start), but it doesn't seem to work properly in winex3. For example, when i'm in guitar pro 4, it cannot find any midi devices(which makes it pretty useless:\ )

any ideas what might be wrong?

current setup:

linux 2.6.3-mm4, alsa emu10k built-in along with oss emulation support.

(ps: i had to disable bbcode for the configs so no fancy [code] this time)

im not sure which other configs might be required to investigate, so just ask and i'll paste whichever you need

i've managed to make it work with the latest wine, using alsadrv. now the only problem is the speed (it can't play anything faster than 16ths at 40bpm otherwise it ends up lagging like hell...and the redrawing isnt too good either)
