I can't get rox filer to appear on every workspace in my fluxbox wm... It only puts the pinboard stuff on workspace 1, but it disappear when I warp through the rest of the workspaces...

Anyone knows how to fix this?

I also got fluxbox and rox, but I can not verify your problems.
I just open rox in one workspace, press the "sticky" button and this window is available in every workspace. By the way, what do you mean with "pinboard stuff"?

Rox is not only a filer but a desktop environment too, meaning when you use fluxbox and put
"rox --pinboard=MyBoard" into your .xinitrc, then when you startx you can have icons on your fluxbox desktop. You can drag stuff from a rox window to your desktop background and it stays there. But only on desktop 1...

Great feature...
and I found out how to solve your problem: "rox --pinboard=xxx -o"
"-o" overrules the window-manager. Works fine on my box
