ok ive installed gentoo successfully, added a couple of extra users for other people in the house, set their perms up properly, configured xfce for myself and kde for them, whats next, i need to learn more, so any ideas on what i should have a look at next?, to do with the gentoo setup obviously. |

well what do do with a configured computer? use it probably? _________________ But the best thing about being an older goth? The fact that no one tries to tell you "It's a phase!" anymore.

yes i use it, nah not a family pc, its mine, just my gf and my brother occaisonly use it, and xfce is to out there for them just yet, got usb printer working, not sure what im after, i mean nix has this stigma of being a pain in the ass to setup and use, i have most certainly found that it isnt aslong you read the manual and do a bit of thinking. |
