Is there anyway I can make C: drive invisible if a client boots up windows from a D: drive and doesn't login through samba? (Basically if you arent logged in, you won't see the C: drive)

Do you want to know how to not show the C: drive in Windows?
Or are you asking about drive mappings? I'm not at all sure what your question is here ....

C: drive is windows 2k, drive D: is a win 2k too. If someone boots up from the D drive and does not authenticate with samba, then C: drive will be invisible.

I don't think this is possible with a Samba PDC, you might be able to do it with group policy on a windows DC.
The alternative would be to reset the permissions on C so that only domain users have access. Don't think it can be done remotely.

You could do it so that you can't see drive C: at all when you boot from D: in the boot loader. But making that conditional on if you authenticate against SAMBA or not is much trickier.

It is probably possible to do it -- but would need some registry hacking. I'd take this question to a good WINDOWS list . . . if there is such a thing.
