Would is be possible to install, say, 3-4 NICs on a Gentoo box and utilize it like a switch/bridge? I know this is possible for Freesco, but Freesco is specifically designed for that operation. Reason being, I need a central machine my LAN Party group that can link between two switches (which then further branch off), serve DHCP and intranet DNS, possibly run SAMBA, Direct Connect, and a few other items.

I'll probably need some assistance/pointers...
