kernel-2.6.7-rc2-love2 and serial ports.

With this kernel I cannot access /dev/ttyS0 and /dev/ttyS1 without causing an instant hard-lockup.

Does anyone know of anything about this problem?

You might have more luck in getting a response if you post to the 2.6.7_rc2-love2 thread, it's right here.

It's ok now anyway.

I did a sort of hackish job of getting it to work by creating a diff between 2.6.6-love4 and 2.6.7-rc2-love2 and then applying the diff in reverse on the 2.6.7-rc2-love2 kernel.

I'm using it now and it's fine.. hope it doesnt do anything too dodgy on me.
