SpeedTouch 570 Wireless Router & rp-pppoe

Good Day, fellow gentoo users.

I seem to have run into some problems trying to configure my SpeedTouch 570 Wireless Router.

The SpeedTouch modem is a two in one product, an ethernet bridge and the wireless router.

To gain access to the internet, I could

1.) Use rp-pppoe, execute "adsl-start". "ifconfig" return ppp0. Problem is all the other clients hooked up to the wireless router are without internet access.

2.) Use the custom pppoe program which came with the speedtouch, the one that requires you to point your browser to 10.0.0.138.
When I run "ifconfig" there are no instances of ppp0. My gentoo box is without internet access. Wireless clients are able to access the internet.

What am I to do? I am open to suggestions and pointers which other gentoo users may have.

My thread is dropping, I guess no one has any experience with the particular hardware.

My next question is, would it be possible to forward traffic to the router?
