When I type an email to root I want it to just go to the root account I want it to go to the root account on that machine. That only works if I do root@localhost. It doesnt work if I do root@computername or just root. When I do just root it tries root@computername.(ispstuff) and it also tries root@computername.computername.
How can I keep it from trying that so it just sends root to root? |

Use the Alias in postfix to set that up.
in my box, if i email to "root" it goes to root@domain.TLD
"root@boxname" "root@localhost" works too, and go to root@domain.TLD
thats how ive setup the aliases. _________________ linux: #232767 |
