|
|
Hi to everyone.
I connect to the internet via router. Connecting to other computer via ssh, scp is no problem, but I'm not able to connect to my own computer when eg copying files from a remote computer to a folder on my computer.
Is there a workaround for this?
TIA,

Are you using an external (stand alone) router?
Then you should look in your manual or on the internet
how to open incoming ports from the internet. |

You probably need to forward incoming connections from your router to the host, running the sshd. Look for portforwarding, DNAT or DMZ in the documentation of the router. |
