I've got a small home network with my box running Gentoo 1.2, a few ugly Win32 boxen, and a Linksys wireless print server. How do I set up Gentoo to print from the network printer?
NOTE: I've never been very good with printers in Linux, so please explain it as if talking to Bobo, the drunk, half-retarded Canadian. |

Hmm, I don't know Linksys, but it should be easy if it supports postscript and has an ip adress. I myself use cups and if your using a desktop its extremely easy to configure that. Cups comes with a web interface and KDE even has a seperate tool to manage it.
So, if you want detailed instructions (not sure I can give those) you will need to provide some more details |
