I have a similar card working. Where does lspci -vb say it is located? Maybe its different than you've put in your XF86Config?

this was definitly right cuz fglrxconfig has found it there....
and if i change BUSID to PCI:1:0:1 it crashes besause of PCI:1:0:0
and PCI:1:0:0 besause of PCI:1:0:1

Those messages are just warnings - 1:0:0 is usually the correct value for that setting, so you can just ignore the message mentioning 1:0:1. The actual problem appears to be this:

This sometimes happens if the CPU type in your kernel config is set to i386, according to Google. Check that it's set to Athlon, recompile the kernel, and remerge the drivers.
