gentoo with mylex DAC1164p

Hi everyone,

I have had intalled gentoo in my workstation sucess. Now I`m trying to install in my server. He has 2 scsi cards. one is adaptec and other is a DAC controler. I read something about boot whith this parameter:

smp noataraid noscsi noapic

But I can`t find my discs to format. /dev/rd/ is a directory that don't have any file. I try ismod DAC960, but I get this error

No modules found.

anyone can helpme?
