Look & Feel missing in KDE Control Panel?????

I just got my gentoo system going strong with some of my favorite apps (dam i love portage) and kde3.2.2. Now heres my problem. I want to install a theme or 2 but there is no "Look and Feel" section in the kde control panel. I have no idea why. I didnt have any trouble compiling or installing kde so this is just wierd.

Do you have an "Appearance & Themes" section in the control center? I'm running KDE 3.2.2 and that's what it's called for me.
