[KERNEL] Alternativa al Supermount?

Purtroppo ho visto che nel 2.6.7 gentoo non è presente il supermount, a differenza del 2.6.5.
Come posso editare il mio fstab per avere qualcosa di simile alla funzione data dalla patch del supermount?

Anche ivman è basato su hal. Lo stesso lo fa il gnome-volume-manager.

Credo che grazie ad hal (ed in generale tutto il progetto "utopia") sia possibile realizzare in modo più elegante quello che adesso avviene utilizzando filesystem nel filesystem come submount o supermount.

Sulla loro mailing lists si sta parlando di cose del genere.

con i gentoo-dev-sources 2.6.7-r1 è stato reintrodotto il SuperMount
