Build packages without merge them

It possible to make emerge build packages Ex. "Mozilla" without merging it on the system. I want to make a central packages repository so the 10 machines on the network dont need to compile the things, just install them.

I want to make tbz2 files without merging them i know if one machine emerge this package i can distribute it but i dont want to merge it on the pc where i compile it.
