Depends by what you mean by "getting it"..
Since you need to subscribe and pay for Winex it's highly unlikely that it will be available in Portage... See this newsletter... |

dont we have ebuilds for it? we have one for winex 3.3.2, i can just manually put the tar.gz file it needs in /usr/portage/distfiles like i did before.
