a problem about "quota"

When I installed the Gentoo2004.1, I just assigned a / to the system. After all, in order to learn "quota", I created a new partition, /dev/hda11. Right now I don't know how to edit fstab to mount this partition with the quota-option.

I realized kernel-2.6.7 do support quota.

Someone can help me out?
