Hi am running Gentoo 1.4, kernel: Gentoo-dev-sources 2.6.5-r1.

When I run crack attack --solo my CPU (Athlon XP 2000+) goes like the clappers.

Code:

ps -ef

When I run that command it tells me that it's taking 99% of the cpu

, do anyone else have this problem? Or more importantly know how to fix it?

Not found anything on the boards previous to this post about it.

Am running 1.1.1.10 crack attack by the way.

I have the same problem (P4-2.5GHz) but no solution.

I personally think that the game is not very well programmed... just MHO.
