Try emerging gtk-engines-qt. It's supposed to make QT re-render GTK apps to look more like QT apps. I personally have never tried it because I dislike QT and don't use it, but it sounds promising for those who like it. |

oo.o uses it's own widget (and not GTK) if I'm not mistaken.
Though, I've heard rumors that oo.o 2 will be using GTK2, that means GTK-QT-engine will work with that. |

you can get crystal icons and a few other kde-isms with
USE="ooo-kde" emerge openoffice-ximian
it's not perfect (or using qt), but it is a lot better!
