Font size changes after reboot

About 75% of the time when i reboot all text in GUI is oversized.
I beleive it is a KDE problem. I looked in Control Planel > Appearance and Themes > Fonts and the font sizes are 12, the same as normal.
KDE programs like KMail have oversized text. Web page and terminal fonts are fine, but all menus and toolbars are oversized. Any help is appreciated.
