Posto che questo sia il mio fstab sezione dischi. Perché mai da utente normale posso montare, smontare, leggere, accedere in lettura e scrittura via /dev e via dicendo tutti i dischi mentre quando si tratta di creare un file su di essi... ciccia? Ormai, come si vede da lì, le ho provate davvero tutte. Nella fattispecie i problemi mi sorgono su /cavia e su /mnt/floppy. |

Sì, sono partito da quelle opzioni lì e via via che vedevo che non funzionavano ne ho aggiunte.
Cavia usa tanti fs. Nel senso che se mi viene voglia di provarne uno ce lo formatto e lo provo. Per quello ho messo auto. |

Hai provato a cambiare umask oppure a dargli un UID/GID?

In alcuni filesystem puoi specificare l'utente e il gruppo di default per i files e le directory. Ad esempio con il FAT:

uid=value and gid=value
Set the owner and group of all files. (Default: the uid and gid of the current process.)
