When I try to get gettext and sed to be installed, it ends with this error
Code: | checking for C compiler default output... configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables
See `config.log' for more details.
configure: error: /bin/sh './configure' failed for autoconf-lib-link
!!! ERROR: sys-devel/gettext-0.12.1-r1 failed.
!!! Function econf, Line 365, Exitcode 1
!!! econf failed |
Emerging sed also fails like that. I know that the default output thing works because I tried it in other packages and it works there. Any ideas? _________________ Dentists are evil. |

I can't find the config.log file.. I don't know where it is.
After a little searching it seems that some other people are getting the same error, but with different situations...
EDIT: It worked after taking out the -mtune=pentium4.. Anyone have an explanation? _________________ Dentists are evil. |
