Hallo leute,
ich habe nun seid einer woche ein Problem mit einer Gentoo Installation.
Soweit klappt alles, doch wenn ich den Lilo schreiben möchte bekomme ich folgende meldung:

The kernel was compiled with DEVFS_FS, but 'devfs=mount' was omitted

structure does not reflect DEVFS_FS device names.

Name change: '/dev/ide/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/part2' -> '/dev/hda2'
Name change: '/dev/ide/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/part3' -> '/dev/hda3'

leider gibt es bei mir auch kein /dev/ide.
Habe den Rechner bereits mehrmals Booten lassen und die meldung ignoriert, doch leider kommt er nicht mehr hoch.
Ich kann auch nicht sagen was er für eine meldung bringt, da es ein Server bei meinen Provider ist, den ich per ssh installiert habe.
Ich hoffe mir kann irgendjemand weiterhelfen, da ich echt am verzweifeln bin. Habe bereits ca. 30 vers. Gentoo Rechner ohne Probleme installiert, sowas habe ich bisher noch nicht erlebt.

Diese Optionen sind im Kernel aktiviert?

nur leider kommt bei mir:

Von welchem System bzw. Kernel bootest und chrootest du denn in das System rein?

es handelt sich um ein recoverysystem von meinen Provider
mit Gentoo Linux 1.4 mit einem 2.4.21 Kernel |
