hi,
i have a problem with installing mythtv.
i had running /usr/bin/mythsetup
after configure the video source comes a window with a progressbar.
but it stays allways on 50%. i have wait for 30 mins and then i have kill the prozess
here is the output :

I had the same problem. Mythsetup asked some questions in the console, but the mythsetup window was in front. I use fluxbox and it was possible to press the alt-key and move the window in the front. Then I answered the questions in the console, swapped to the other window terminated mythsetup the legal way. Maybe you can use (depending on your window manager) the same mothed. Maybe you can also change desktops with a hotkey and move the mythsetup window in your pager.
