al intentar emerger synapsis (con ~86)se produce el sguiente error:

!!! Please use 'emerge --pretend' to determine blockers.

Entonces pongo el --pretend y me sale como bloqueos paquetes referentes a xorg, ya q yo uso xfree.
Mi pregunta es: ¿como hago el emerge para que no intente instalar estos??[/code]

Hay muchas maneras. Deberías pasarte por la portada de gentoo-es que está por ahí un link a un artículo sobre cómo mantener ordenado el portage.
Lo más rápido de todos modos es emerge --inject/-i $PAQUETECONFLICTIVOCONVERSIÓN [toma variable!] con lo que el paquete se queda instalado para el emerge, pero sólo en teoría. Eso sí, ten cuidado porque el emerge lo tratará como un paquete instalado, y si toca upradearlo... pues eso
