Hey everybody,
I have a Dell Inspiron 4150 with a true mobile 1180....which I know has no native support under linux...however, I recently heard about the windows driver wrappers and I was looking to try them out.
The problem is that no mention of this card is found when listing the pci devices!?!? I added "Wireless Lan Drivers" to my kernel (gentoo-dev-sources 2.6.7-r7), but that didn't change anything. I saw some other options to add to the kernel, but none of them looked to be the Broadcom 4301 chipset, so I didn't include any of them.
Does anybody have any advise for me (or should I just go get a pcmia card?)

For the record,
my BIOS controlled whether the card was enabled or not.
