kde cvs ebuilds unavailable

I am trying to download the kde cvs ebuilds from http://dev.gentoo.org/~caleb/kde-cvs-20040609.tar.gz but I cannot connect to the server, I have been trying for a couple of days now. Is this file mirrored somewhere? or can someone email it to me at derek@nebvin.ca? It would be greatly appreciated.

the link on the webpage is the same one I posted up above, which doesn't work for me on several computers unfortunatly
