sarà un problema scemo..ma mi fa girare le scatole.. 
uso thunderbird, solo che quando mi arriva via posta un link cliccando su di esso, nn mi avvia il browser.
ho anche mozilla-launcher installato, e infatti cliccando sul link si apre una finestra del launcher, però quando dò l'ok, nn succede niente. 
suggerimenti?

Mah, molto strano. L'unica cosa che mi viene in mente è che thunderbird deve essere chiuso, mentre editi il file, altrimenti potrebbe riscriverlo. |

Quindi ho creato il file user.js mettendo quell'unica riga e ha funzionato perfettamente. Grazie a tutti, mi avete risolto un problema abbastanza antipatico  |

cavolo...a me non va...eppure gli altri settaggi in user.js vanno
mi chiede sempre con cosa voglio aprire i link e se provo a dargli /usr/bin/firefox (che è un link) non fa nulla
help me

l'ho provato ma poi quando avvio thunderbird mi chiede che profilo scegliere e non me ne fa vedere nessuno......

quando modifichi o crei i file tieni chiusi sia thunderbird che firefox.
