It looks like it isn't finding your AGP chipset - does "dmesg | grep agpgart" display any error messages? You could also try changing your kernel config to:
Code:
<M> /dev/agpgart support
[*] Intel 440LX/BX/GX and I815/I820/I830M/I830MP/I840/I845/I850/I860

Load the agpgart module before the fglrx module and try things again.

i made the kernel config and after modprobed the agpgart before fglrx but it gives errors:
Quote:
bash-2.05b# modprobe agpgart
/lib/modules/2.4.24-xfs-r8/kernel/drivers/char/agp/agpgart.o: init_module: No such device
Hint: insmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters, including invalid IO or IRQ parameters.
You may find more information in syslog or the output from dmesg
/lib/modules/2.4.24-xfs-r8/kernel/drivers/char/agp/agpgart.o: insmod /lib/modules/2.4.24-xfs-r8/kernel/drivers/char/agp/agpgart.o failed
/lib/modules/2.4.24-xfs-r8/kernel/drivers/char/agp/agpgart.o: insmod agpgart failed

and fglrx module don't gived any errors...i opened X and typed dmesg | grep agpgart it gives:
Quote:
bash-2.05b# dmesg | grep agpgart

It looks like your AGP chipset isn't supported, since you have a pretty new motherboard. Have you tried a 2.6 kernel? They have more up to date AGP support, and should allow you to get things working.

Don't the Conexant drivers have 2.6 support? If you look here, 2.6 support is listed.

Pay for the drivers? It's only $15 IIRC, and it's a one time payment. I'm intending to do that once they've added support for the modem in my laptop. The only other thing I can think of is to keep using 2.4 but try and find a patch that adds support for your chipset. If there are two Intel options in the AGP section of the config, try using both, maybe one will work, and try loading the agpgart module with the "agp_try_unsupported" parameter as shown in your logs above.
