OK,

I've got two accounts which receive this message when I try to connect to my courier-imapd server:

Jul 6 08:16:23 earlsbox imapd: chdir /home/karl/.maildir/: Permission denied

BOTH of these maildir directories were created automatically when I sent a test message to the users -- this is what perplexes me. If the directories were automatically created, why are the permissions wrong (if they are), and if so, is there some option for postfix that dictates what permissions new maildir's should get?

Here are my permissions:

If anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.
