Mips Cobalt RaQ 2, 2.4.24 and 2.4.25 kernel compile error.

Im stuck on this one. This (see error below) happens when ever I try to compile a 2.4.24 or 2.4.25 kernel on my Cobalt RaQ 2 server. Any ideas on a fix?? I have spent a few days tring to fix this issue and im stuck.
