Howto have second toolbar in Icewm?

Any guru here can teach me the trick on adding a second toolbar on top or below of the default? See this link:

I have been using Icewm for a while now, like the nostagia feeling it gives me, reminds me of my old Win 95;) Besides its fonts, I like icewm very much.
