Whats up everyone
Whenever i try to lauch q3 from /user/games/bin under root the screen flashes for a second like it's gonna go then go back to the desktop. Seems like a refresh problem to me but Thats just a guess. And I don't know how to add my user to the games group either. i get 136 fps with glxgears. Any Ideas

Ok i was just doing some reading and did the command #glxinfo
and direct rendering is not wokring and if i a correct i need this abd if so how do i fix it? |

Getting 3D working is a little tricky on 3DFX cards. Use the search engine there are many posts on the topic.
You will need to manualy copy the glide libraries in place and then do an ldconfig. |
