I'm boot from LiveCD with cdcache option but can't eject the cd.
What can I do?

P.S.#umount /mnt/cdrom
umount: /mnt/cdrom: device is busy

probably you have a "terminal" sitting in on /mnt/cdrom/*

Exactly. Just do a "cd /" then try the umount.

I had this problem, and "cd /" didn't work for me. My inelegant solution is that I had to power off my machine, and then when I powered back on, the CD drive was "released" and I could open it.

But once you get your system up and going, you can "emerge eject" and use this.

What system? installation system?
I want use cdcache option and can't. If you have same problem then also a solution must be.
