I have kde beta2 installed with kopete 0.4.1.
When I do an emerge -s kopete I got:
* net-im/kopete
Latest version available: 0.4.1
Latest version installed: 0.4.1
Homepage: http://kopete.kde.org/
Description: The KDE Instant Messenger
but I have the a newer ebuild in my portage tree:
/usr/portage/net-im/kopete/kopete-0.5.ebuild
and it's not masked!
What's wrong?
I also unmerged kopete 0.4.1, but I still don't see the new one. emerge reinstalled the 0.4.1
Any ideas anyone? |

Yes, bingo, that's it. It worked!
Thanks, for the quick answer.
BTW, How does it work?
Where are the ebuild marked stable and unstable? |

In the ebuilds we have a line that says... KEYWORDS="~x86 PPC" fx. which means that this is stable for PPC and unstable in x86 archs. |
