Is there a way to save the modprobe forcedeth instead of having to type the command every startup

Put the module in:
Code:
/etc/modules.autoload.d/kernel-2.6

if you have a 2.6 kernel
Or:
Code:
/etc/modules.autoload.d/kernel-2.4

if you have a 2.4 kernel.
Then the module will load at startup.
