|
|
Hi, I've bought a Belkin OmniView thing so I can control 2 computers with one mouse, keyboard, screen.
It's a small case, where I can connect my mouse, ... to two different computer. There is a button on it, and when I press the button, my screen, mouse and keyboard switch to the other computer.
Now, when I switch from computer, my mouse "jumps" from one location to another.
I've read the manual, they say I have to install a standard PS/2 mouse driver, but this is for Windows.
I have the following in XF86Config:
Code: | Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Mouse1"
Driver "mouse"
Option "Protocol" "IMPS/2"
Option "Device" "/dev/psaux"
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
EndSection |
Does anybody know how to fix this problem ?
btw: I've uploaded the manual at http://titeuf.ph34rus.org/P73784e.pdf if you need more information. My problem was described on page 23
They also say in the manual that it's compatible with linux.
[edit]
The problem is not my mouse, because I have the same problem with an other mouse.

After a hour "googling", I found out that it's a problem with my kvm. There are many persons that have the same problem, but I found nowhere a solution.
I have tried changing the mouse-protocol (to ps/2, auto, microsoft) but this didn't work.
If you know how to fix this, I would be very happy. |
