I'm having a small error when i boot. The computer still starts, but i was just wondering.
Here is some information i've been told to post:
Code: |
Fstab:
/dev/hda4 / ext3 noatime 0 1
/dev/hda3 none swap sw 0 0
/dev/cdroms/cdrom0 /mnt/cdrom auto noauto,user 0 0
none /proc proc defaults 0 0
none /dev/shm tmpfs defaults 0 0
Error:
can't create lock file /etc/mtab~251: Read only filesystem (use -n to override)
ls -l /etc/mtab*:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 165 Jul 15:39 /etc/mtab

Well it looks a little weird your fstab in my oppinion, where is your boot partition?
And try the rw option with your root partition (mountpoint: /) _________________ MOBO: Maximus II Gene
