I see many posts where folks identify thier problems...and post a code or quote. My question is:
*where are you finding your "problems"? are you looking at a log after an emerge to locate these problems? if so...can you point me in the right direction so I can learn to do that? I'm not sure where to and how to access any logs.
I'd appreciate a push in the right direction
***edit*** my appologies...I somehow thougth I was posting this in "other things gentoo". |

Check /var/log. That's where the majority of relevant logs will be kept. |

Unless you're using something like metalog where it's /var/log/everything/*. |
