ok, i have the stage 3 pack for athlon xp BUT i still don't have my eth0 going (see my post in this thread https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic.php?t=17306 )
now since i dont have a net connection, i burned the stage 3 pack onto a cd... i need to mount my cdrom so i can get the pack off it but im such a n00b i dont know how, i thought it was already done but i cannot find it
please point me in the correct direction, as this is still my first night with gentoo

Step 1: make sure you have a mount point. Let's use /mnt/cdrom. If /mnt/cdrom does not exist, "mkdir /mnt/cdrom" to make it.
Step 2: Code: | # mount -t iso9660 /dev/cdroms/cdrom0 /mnt/cdrom |
