I hope that this hasn't already been covered somewhere and I missed it while looking, but I am having problems with a cruzer mini USB stick made by SanDisk. I have usbcore, usb-storage, vfat, scsi-mod, sd-mod, ehci-hcd, and uhci-hcd all loaded as modules, and dmesg will find usbcore and usbstorage and such, but will not find my USB stick or create a /dev/sda1. This is all that it lists dealing with USB

usbcore: registered new driver hub
USB Universal Host Controller Interface driver v2.2
Initializing USB Mass Storage driver...
usbcore: registered new driver usb-storage
USB Mass Storage support registered.

Any ideas as to what I could be doing wrong?
