2004.1 Stage1 Bootstrapping fails

after bootstrapping 2 utils it quits with an error msg while compiling binutils

my make.conf

hope some1 can help me...

i searched with google and more, but i can't find an error what looks like that one
the first 2 parts compiling goes well but with binutils its faild
