trying to get wine setup but i get an error message

Code:

ERROR: You need to merge the 'winedefault.reg' file into your
Wine registry by running: `regedit winedefault.reg'

tried running regedit-wine windefault.reg but i dunno where winedefault.reg is

dont know if you resolved the issue, but the following works for me.

Code:

wine regedit /usr/lib/wine/.data/winedefault.reg

wine couldnt find the .reg w/o the full path. hope this helps.
