Hi.. Im trying to emerge xfree but at the end i get the message :
!!! File does not exist: /usr/portage/distfiles//XFree86-4.3.0-patches-2.1.25.6.tar.bz
i cant find that file on any mirrors.. and you might think its a miss typing that i have two / after distfiles but thats not.. it just as the line is in the error..
Can someone PLZ help me...

What's with the topic, it doesn't have anything to do with the rest of the post..
And emerge xorg-x11 instead of xfree |

nvidia works fine in xorg, I do it myself.
You can change the topic by hitting edit and altering it (the subject)
xorg is the future, if you use xfree you will never get an update. |

The "topic" is a an odd problem. Not sure what causes it. When you are writing a post, that message is directly above the text entry window.
Editing the original post for a new topic would be a good idea. _________________ Quis separabit? Quo animo? |
